• Incense sticks must be burned only in a safe and ventilated area.

When you place an order through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, or any other official channel, you agree that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by website notification, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone. Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of:

Orders at Gandha Mandira are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp. Payment details — such as UPI, bank transfer, or a secure payment link — are shared with you at the time of order confirmation. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Gandha Mandira is not responsible for payment failures, bank delays, gateway errors, or incorrect payment details entered by the customer. In such cases, customers should also contact their bank or payment provider.

Shipping is free across India on all orders. We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated during order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address, phone number, and any required delivery instructions. Gandha Mandira is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.

For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible through our official WhatsApp channel with your order details.

Gandha Mandira reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or service limitations.

Due to the nature of fragrance, perfume, attar, essential oil, incense, and personal-use products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

A return, replacement, or refund may be considered if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The product was defective.
• The product received is different from what was ordered.
• The package was missing an item from the confirmed order.

To request a return, replacement, or refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number.
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
• Unboxing video, if available.
• Description of the issue.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless the issue is damage, defect, or wrong product delivery.

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we may not accept returns for opened, used, damaged-by-customer, or tampered fragrance products unless the issue is verified as a genuine defect or delivery error.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method within a reasonable timeline. Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.

Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, or other service charges may not be refundable unless required due to our error.

Offers, discounts, coupon codes, festival promotions, gift sets, and combo packs may be subject to separate terms. Gandha Mandira may modify, pause, or withdraw offers at any time.

Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Offers may not be combined unless specifically mentioned.

Gift sets and combo packs must be returned as a complete set if a return or replacement is approved.

For WhatsApp or manual orders, customers must verify product details, pricing, quantity, delivery address, and payment information before confirming the order.

Gandha Mandira is not responsible for orders placed through fake pages, fake accounts, unauthorized sellers, or unofficial numbers. Customers should purchase only through official Gandha Mandira channels.
